Veneration and Dominion: On John Ruskin’s Humanistic Poetical Vision
Quinoxalinone C-3 functionalized derivatives often have outstanding biological activities, although people have successfully used transition metals and strong oxidants to catalyze the reaction. Such compounds can be obtained in stages, but the conditions of these reactions are relatively harsh. In order to develop synthetic methods that conform to the concept of "green chemistry", other environmentally friendly and original methods. Preparation methods with high subconversion rates, photocatalytic and electrocatalytic synthesis strategies have also been developed in the C-3 functionalization of quinoxalinone, and successfully obtained. A series of arylated, alkylated, aminated, phosphorylated, sulfonated and acylated 3-substituted quinoxalin-2(1H)-one derivatives. Given that 3-acylquinoxalin-2(1H)- Ketone compounds exhibit special biological activities. In this paper, benzoyl chloride was used as an acyl radical source and visible light catalysis was used to successfully achieve benzoyl chloride. C-3 acylation reaction of quinoxalin-2(1H)-one by acid chloride, and a possible mechanism of the reaction was proposed.
